Case Management

Each client is assigned to a case manager who works individually with you to help address your needs. Case managers can help with choosing a career or training path. Certain individuals may also qualify for other supportive services in the areas of transportation costs, child care needs, tools, uniforms and other equipment which may be needed to secure employment. All information discussed with case managers is strictly confidential.
