Instructions For Orientation

At the orientation session, you will complete the application, we will verify your eligibility for services and explain how the Job Start program works. A typical session will last about two and one-half hours. This page lists some tips to help the process go smoothly.

1. You must schedule an appointment. Orientation is held once a week; in order to make sure that everyone receives individual attention, we can offer only a limited number of openings. You must call (216) 391-0900 to reserve a space at the next available orientation.

2. Orientation begins promptly at 1:00 PM. We recommend that you arrive no later than 12:45. Allow plenty of time to bad weather, heavy traffic or public transportation delays. Clients arriving after 1 PM may be required to re-schedule for the following week.

3. Free parking is available on both sides of the fence and on both the east and west sides of the building. For more information, click this link.
